Finding the course and getting in:

1. Use your browser to get to http://sjsu6.blackboard.com .
2. In the Log In box, enter your SJSU student ID (nine digits, no "W" at the front).
3. Enter your password. At the moment, your password is "spring". Blackboard should let you change your password to something more secure after your initial log in.
4. Click OK.
5 . In the Course List, click on Phil 133– Ethics in Science. This is the Blackboard/WebCT homepage for our course!

If you use a pop-up blocker, you'll want to allow pop-ups from sjsu6.blackboard.com.

We will be using the Discussion area more than anything else.

If "spring" doesn't work as a password, or if you changed your password and then forgot what is was, you need to contact the IT Support Services Help Desk (408-924-2377 or helpdesk@sjsu.edu) and they will rest your password to "spring".
